Brittany Noelle Roa (known colloquially as briyah) is a professional actress, singer, and interdisciplinary artist with an MFA in Physical Theatre where she trained in Italy and also completed professional residencies in Berlin, Germany and the Czech Republic.

briyah is a member of Actors’ Equity Association and is an international performer with credits in musicals, straight plays, short films, music videos, devised theatre, live TV, and circus performances. For two years she served as a theatre and movement professor at the collegiate level in Miami, Florida. While the curricula may have been based around acting, “Ms. Roa” incorporated critical and societal analysis, meditation, yoga, breathwork, nutrition, and life coaching, hoping to impart her students with valuable life skills that stretched beyond the classroom.

briyah created HAVE SPACE with an intent to offer people the resources she found so helpful along her healing journey. Overcoming PTSD, eating disorders, and mental illnesses, she learned that with awareness and a holistic approach to healing, every individual is capable of living their best life. After decades of depression and anxiety, briyah found freedom in her mind and body and has awoken to the Truth of existence and is committed to help free others from the confines of their minds.

After making a life-altering decision to leave NYC and pursue a career that focuses more on holistic healing, she became certified in yoga, with a specialization in Yin Yoga and Mindfulness. She advocates for holistic healing, knowing that to truly heal we must find balance and harmony between the body, mind, emotions, and soul.

briyah is on a mission to bring the healing modalities of yoga, movement, and creative expression in service to the world to help others heal grief and trauma within their own bodies and minds.

“I wanted to create a space for others that included my main sources of support that have guided me towards a life of empowerment and freedom.”
