Taking Life One Day at a Time
Use this mantra meditation in moments when you are stressed or need to focus on what’s right in front of you. This meditation is especially helpful when dealing with grief of some kind; when you feel too overwhelmed to continue, just take it one day at a time, one breath at a time.
